Femminello lemon – “Zagara bianca” variety
The Femminello lemon is the most appreciated variety by citrus growers for its easy adaptability to the various areas of cultivation and to the agronomic practice of “forcing” (periods of controlled dryness) and for the constant and abundant production.
This fruit, which is not seedless, is characterized by a medium acid pulp and a medium persistence on the plant when it reaches ripeness. The essence of the common Femminello lemon is considered of high value worldwide.
The fruits are yellow when ripe, (average 130gr), elliptical in shape, rich in juice with an excellent aroma.
