Comb honey
Comb honey is produced entirely by bees, without any human intervention.
Unlike the common honey in jars, comb honey is simply taken from the honeycomb placed on the hives and immediately packaged for sale.
Therefore, it can be considered as virgin honey, and it’s of higher quality and purity than honey itself; it should be consumed with all the wax, without removing it.
The wax, totally edible and pleasant to chew, does not alter the taste of honey and enhances the intestinal functions. Comb honey can be eaten with a spoon, on a toast or with fruit. Excellent to eat in pieces with cereals or with ice cream.
The combination with cheese is also interesting.
