This marmalade, made of Calabrian clementines and lemons, is the best way to enjoy these two Calabrian citrus fruits that have many properties.
In fact, clementines, apart from being rich in vitamin C, are also antioxidant, dietetic and very hydrating, thanks to the amount of water inside them.
Moreover, lemons are rich in vitamin C, they are an ally to the immune system and they are good for our skin and to ease digestion.
Thanks to their combination we can obtain a delicious clementine and lemon marmalade. It can be spread on bread or used to stuff cakes and tarts. Ideal for breakfast.
