Ulivar, liquor with olives from Calabria
The Ulivar liquor was first produced in Calabria in the early ‘900 by the Truncellito family. The recipe has been passed down from generation to generation until today.
The taste of this liquor is the result of the raw materials used and the original recipe handed down from father to son.
Out of a great passion for tradition, the Truncellito family has succeeded in making its grandparents’ olive infusion a product of excellence.
Its dry taste gives the palate an experience that envelops all the senses.
The peculiarity of its ingredients, the originality of the product and the high quality of the raw materials have made Ulivar a product appreciated nationally and internationally.
In 2012 it won the “Oscar Green” national prize and in 2013 the Italian Ministry of Agriculture awarded it another national prize. Ulivar was selected among the best 30 Italian products exhibited at the “Summer Fancy Food” in New York.
Included among the ten Italian delicacies at the “Salone del Gusto” in Turin in 2016, Ulivar continues to be the subject of publications and reports in specialist food and wine magazines.
