Violè – PGI merlot rosé
Violè is a tasty PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) merlot rosé produced by the “Piana di Sibari” farm.
Obtained from Merlot grapes grown in the lush lands owned by the “Piana di Sibari” farm.
This merlot wine has a pinkish color and is rich in floral and fruity notes of blueberry and raspberry.
It has a fresh, full and persistent taste.
Pairings
It is recommended to combine it with risottos, fish and shellfish appetizers. It goes perfectly with cheeses that are not very mature and fried food.
It’s ideal for cocktails and pizza.
